The extrusion lines are used to process the plastic materials continuously to sheet, board, or film. The plastic materials are melted inside the extruder, and then pass through the filter, melt pump, T-die before being shaped by the calender. Depending on the finished product, it is then wound into rolls, or cut into sheets and stacked.
They are available in various configurations ranging from single layer to multi-layer co-extrusion of up to nine layers so far, where different materials are combined to provide the required strength, barrier performance or surface properties.
The finished plastic products are used in food packaging, electronics, transportation, automotive interiors, construction and chemical applications.
Extrusion lines comprise various components, such as extruders, gearboxes, filters, melt pumps, T-die, drives and control systems. Main components are sourced from renowned German and European manufacturers. They are also equipped with B&R industrial PLC that realize human-machine interface and digital control. Optional equipment can be added based on the degree of automation, for example, an online automatic thickness gauge system linked to automatic die adjustment, an in-line edge trimming unit, and either an automatic winder or an automatic cutting and stacking system.
Based on the thickness of the finished product, our extrusion lines are divided into three main categories:

- Sheet Extrusion Line
- We have experience in 2 to 7-layer co-extrusion and high-barrier sheet production with up to 9 layers.
- The finished sheet thickness ranges from 0.05 to 3.6 mm, with thickness tolerances between ±5 and ±30 μm depending on the product.
- In 2001, we developed China’s first five-layer high-barrier sheet co-extrusion line for food packaging products such as jelly cups.

- Extrusion Line for Board & Heavy Gauge Sheet
- Available for extra-wide boards up to 3250 mm and finished thicknesses up to 40 mm.
- Output ranges from 300 to 1500 kg/h, depending on the material, board dimensions and the configuration of the extrusion line.
- Plastic board extrusion lines help improve surface quality during board production and are widely used for railway and automotive flooring, waterproofing materials, appliances and other industrial applications.

- Extrusion Line for Cast Film & Extrusion Coating
- Suitable for cast film production and the application of TPU, PE, TPE and other polymer coatings.
- Coating thickness can range from 30 to 250 μm.
- In 2018, we supplied a custom line to a client in Germany for film production and precision coating on textile substrates, including applications requiring high transparency or barrier performance.

Multi-layer high-barrier sheets are mainly used for food containers, such as jelly cups and yoghurt cups, to block the oxygen in the air and extend shelf life.
Electronics Packaging
Conductive, anti-static PS sheets and flame-retardant PP sheets provide suitable materials for packaging and protecting sensitive electronic components.
Optical and Industrial Applications
PC/PMMA optical sheets are mainly used for products requiring high transparency without cross lines, smooth surfaces and stable physical properties.
Construction
Plastic boards and sheets produced by extrusion are applied in areas such as geogrids, waterproofing materials and other construction products.
Automotive
Extruded plastic sheets and boards are used for vehicle components, including interior panels, instrument panel covers, trunk liners and battery enclosure panels.
