Plastic board and heavy-gauge sheet extrusion lines are used to produce single-layer or multilayer plastic boards with greater thickness and rigidity than standard sheets. Each extrusion line typically includes a feeding unit, extruder, screen changer, melt pump, flat die, calendering unit and cutting system to complete the process from material feeding to finished boards.

Our experience in large-format board extrusion started with the development of a 3200 mm-wide two-layer PVC co-extrusion line in 2002. Today, we are capable of manufacturing board extrusion lines with widths of 3250 mm and above, supporting finished board thicknesses from 2 to 40 mm for applications in household appliances, automotive components, construction materials, chemical processing and other industrial fields.

We manufacture the main structural components and electrical control systems in-house to make sure there is consistent quality throughout the production process. More than 90% of our extrusion lines can start stable mass production after commissioning, and the equipment has proven reliable over long periods of operation. Some units delivered more than 20 years ago are still running today.
